I've seen guarantees for as long as one year for a product.
Make your guarantee strong.
You can use something like "If you are not completely thrilled that you purchased this product, you have a full 365 days to review and send it back for a prompt and courteous refund, no questions asked.
" Make your prospect feel comfortable about the purchase.
Your custom website should really be on a secure server.
And if it's not on a secure server, then your payment processing company should definitely be on a secure server.
Ensure the padlock security seal is at the bottom of the order form as well.
Testimonials are always a good idea.
Make sure you use unsolicited testimonials.
Ensure they use their name, where they are from, city, state and county.
This usually helps people in their buying decision if they see that other people, just like them, have purchased this product without issues.
