Get Rid from High Blood Pressure through Natural Remedies
Before getting into the remedies one should be aware some common causes of the pressure.
Obesity: If your weight is more then its lays more pressure of artery walls .It is because production of blood is more to supply oxygen and other nutrients to other parts of the body.
Alcohol: Over consumption of alcohol increases blood pressure.
Stress: Increased stress levels means high blood pressure.
Age factor: As age enhances the chances of BP increases.

Take 1:1 of melon and poppy seeds .Grind it in mixer. Take the powder with water in the morning and evening.
Take one clove of garlic everyday.You can have it in any form like coarse it and swallow wit water or chew it.
Curry leaves or coriander leaves in any form you like can be taken in the morning. You can blend them with water to make juice of it. Add limewater and salt for taste else you can chew them.
Make ginger juice and add honey to it. Take one spoon twice a day.
Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, amla etc should be included in your everyday diet as it has lot of benefits.
Potassium helps in controlling the high blood pressure. Huge amount of potassium is found in green vegetables and banana. So everyday you can have either of things.
Folic Acid is necessary for the formation of red blood cells. It reduces the elevated homocysteine levels which in turn lowers high blood pressure.
DHA lowers high blood pressure. Fish Oil contains DHA (docohexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). So fish oil can be used in preparing the vegetables that you eat.
Yoga and aerobics are very good in controlling as they reduce the anxiety level in the body.
Reduce salt and sodium levels in your diet. You should consume less than 2.4 gm of sodium in a day including that is used in vegetables.
Quit Smoking. If you are a smoker then quit it right now as the chemicals used in the cigarettes increases the blood pressure and can also damage your kidney and lever.
