All of these foods contain active compounds that can change the viscosity of the blood and strengthen the walls of the vessels in your circulatory system.
Pineapple, for instance, contains bromelain, which thins the blood, allowing it to flow more easily and put less pressure on the circulatory system.
Using a more natural or holistic approach means that patients will not be required to take medications that might cause adverse reactions and side effects.
